Overview
The Diploma of Information Technology (ICT50220) equips learners with the technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed to work effectively in today’s rapidly changing ICT environment.
This qualification covers a broad range of topics—including networking, programming, web development, cloud computing, and ICT support—while also developing strong interpersonal and project management abilities. To enrol in this qualification, applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement
- Have successfully completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent
- Demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following:
- IELTS 6.0 overall (no band less than 5.5) or equivalent test; or
- Completion of an approved ELICOS program at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Completion of a qualification delivered in English (Australia or equivalent).
All applicants will undertake a Pre-Training Review (PTR) and Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to confirm course suitability.
Successful completion of this qualification may lead to:
